More and more companies and organisations are recognising the benefit of getting away from their daily working environment for business conferences, planning meetings, 'away days' and corporate team building exercises. Colebrooke is ideally located for such days - only a short drive from the main airports and easily accessed by excellent motorway.

Colebrooke will be the right choice if you want your conference or 'away day' to be a well organised event, scheduled to suit your specific conference and meeting needs, with a programme of team building activities and the option of an overnight stay. Lord and Lady Brookeborough will supervise all aspects of your stay to ensure you just need to arrive, ready to work and then relax.

A seperate sonference suite can accommodate up to 70 and provides all necessary facilities for business users including overhead projector and screen, television and video, phone, fax and email lines.

Colebrooke Park is ideal for corporate team building events with a range of activities such as fishing, clay pigeon shooting, archery and cross country driving available.

Partners of delegates are welcomed at Colebrooke and a special programme of activity can be organised for them, to include visits to local attractions such as Belleek Pottery and Florencecourt. Our business clients appreciate the combination of first class business facilities, team building activities and relaxing overnight stay in stunning surroundings.

1. Location: The suite is located on the second floor in the back of the house away from the every day noise and disturbance.
2. Boardroom/Conference Room: Tables are laid out in a ‘U’ shaped formation with a capacity of about 24. The tables and chairs are easily rearranged and capacity is increased up to about 70 in ‘theatre’ style. There are rail mounted screens, flip charts and dry boards. Other visual aids such as LCD compatible OHP’s are available.
3. Syndicate Rooms: There are three syndicate rooms also for discussion groups or for training in interviewing techniques etc.
4. Refreshment/Toilet facilities: The suite of rooms also contains two toilets and a mini kitchen with refreshment facilities.
5. Large Parties; It is important to note that there are large reception rooms available for larger discussion groups of presentations and these have a total capacity of over 400 people in very grand surroundings.
6. Outdoors: The 1000 acres of parkland are ideally suited for executive training and team building exercises. There are a variety of these in place and clients may bring their own if they wish.

4 x 4 Cross Country Driving School:

Colebrooke Park was the location chosen by Range Rover for the launch of the new vehicle to their Northern Ireland customers in September 1995.

There is a challenging cross country course which takes guests round most of the estate using the natural topography to best advantage. Obstacles range from the wet and muddy ground with steep slopes to the deep water crossings of the Colebrooke River.

Supervised drives are available and more serious 2 day residential courses can be booked by those who wish to obtain a more in-depth technical knowledge of 4 x 4 driving. This involves such techniques as winching and bridge building using available equipment.

An evening vehicle orienteering event can also be arranged.

The only difference between children’s and grown ups’ toys is that grown up toys are bigger!!!
